How do I find my exact phone model?
On an iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Name. On Android: Settings → About phone. Then choose it under Shop by phone.
Will a case for the 4G version fit the 5G version?
Not always. Some 4G and 5G versions of a phone are different sizes. Each case is listed for the exact models it fits, so check your model before you order.
How much is delivery?
$6.95 anywhere in New Zealand, or $12.50 for rural addresses (with an RD number). Delivery is free when your order is $100 or more.
Do you deliver outside New Zealand?
No. We deliver within New Zealand only.
Can I return something?
If it arrives faulty or damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email hello@casestudio.store with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund, including delivery. We can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong phone model. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act always apply.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card number.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Is there a discount on my first order?
Yes. Leave your email and your first order gets 20% off the items (not delivery) when you check out with that email.
